Membership in AAUW
In principle and practice, AAUW values and seeks a DIVERSE membership. There shall be NO BARRIERS to full participation in this organization on the basis of GENDER, RACE, CREED, AGE, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, DISABILITY or CLASS. All those who hold an associate's or equivalent (RN), bachelor's or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university are eligible to join AAUW.
A branch member pays the total annual dues of $74.00 $49.00 - national $13.00 - state $12.00 - branch _________________ $74.00 - total

As a Branch, we
- Present scholarships to local middle school, high school and Fulton-Montgomery Community
College students
- Contribute to community causes
- Encourage girls to participate in math, science, and technology conferences
- Provide programs for girls
- Disseminate information on National, State, and local issues in a monthly newsletter
- Support the AAUW Education Foundation
- Support the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund
- Collaborate to sponsor a bi-annual women's symposium
- Are a part of the Elizabeth Cady Stanton Consortium
